My Music Is My Journalism – Quofi Quofi

The sensational Ghanaian hiplife artiste Quofi Quofi has disclosed that his music is a form of journalism to him. The talented rapper made this known on Dr. Cann’s entertainment review show on happy FM as part of his media tour to promote his new single “She want money ” featuring the ever green Luther. The new banger has been enjoying some massive playtime and topping a number of charts of most listened to song in Ghana.

 

The hitmaker explained that, journalism is to him,” speaking about what you see around you ” and “that’s exactly what I do in my music “. He said, he makes effort to put out to the public what he sees around him in the form of songs. According to the young rapper,his passion for music begun at a very tender age.He grew up enjoying music from the likes of Obrafuor, Reggie Rockstone, Okyeame Kwame and the like. The rapper has however disclosed that he is bent on pursuing this career till his body gives up on him. And is ready to make all the necessary investment in that regard. According to him, he hopes to sell Ghana to the world with his music by preaching the Ghanaian message and culture to the world. The ladies man as some refer to him however emphasized that fame isn’t his focus at the moment, rather, achieving impact on his audience is his ambition.

According to Quofi Quofi, he is encouraged by the works of some of journalist in the country on how they manage to contribute to the country’s development through their stories. He is committed to doing same with his voice and music.

Dr. Cann however described him as “very talented ” and having a promising future, and beckoned on him to work hard. His talent according to him is exceptional and extremely captivating. And implored on Ghana and the world to watch out for him.
