Blakid Shines At 2025 Ghana Comedy Awards With Electrifying Performance

Sensational rapper and singer Blakid delivered a standout performance at the 2025 Ghana Comedy Awards, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained with his signature fusion of music and humor. The prestigious event took place on May 24th at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, celebrating Ghana’s top comedic talents.

Blakid’s set was hailed as one of the highlights of the night, sparking conversations among attendees. Blakid performed two crowd-favorite songs Mumui Flow, featuring Oko, a young boy with the Down syndrome, and Baa Sumo Mi, a vibrant tune currently making waves in the music scene.

For Baa Sumo Mi, Blakid was joined on stage by one of the finest dance group “Flames Dance Company”. Together, they delivered a high energy performance that had the audience on their feet, blending choreography and rhythm in a visually stunning showcase.

This year’s Ghana Comedy Awards lived up to its promise of being “bigger, better, and funnier.” The event featured a star-studded lineup of comedians including Clemento Suarez, Jeffrey Nortey, Lekzy Decomic, OB Amponsah, and Jacinta Ocansey.
