A Ghanaian American Passenger was dissatisfied after Asky Airline, a subsidiary of Ethiopian Airlines, failed to deliver her luggage after 7 to 10 working days.

Having no clothes left to wear the passenger, currently in Ghana, boarded the flight from the United States traveling to Lome, Togo, and then to Accra, Ghana.

Expecting their luggage to arrive on time after arriving safely in Ghana. It has been seven (7) to ten (10) working days and passengers have not received calls, texts, emails, or information from Asky Airline regarding their luggage.

Many are currently in a similar situation attempting to contact the airline company to no avail for their luggages to be delivered to them, as many have no extra clothes on them to wear.

A whole lot of individuals are having trouble with both airlines. Passengers who arrived in Ghana after boarding Asky Airline could be seen daily at Kotoka airport going through the day’s luggage in search of their delayed luggage by both airlines.

Passengers suffering from illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and others are unable to take these life-sustaining medications due to the Airlines’ negligence.
