GA Youth Forum Officially Launched to Champion GaDangme Socio-Cultural and Economic Development

On Wednesday, 1st October 2025, the GA Youth Forum, a duly registered organization, was officially launched to drive the GaDangme socio-cultural and economic agenda across the Greater Accra Region and beyond.
The event was chaired by Rev. Abraham Lamptey, Founder and Overseer of the Believers House of Worship. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Ishmael Nii Amanor Dodoo, Director and Head of Innovative Finance, Partnerships, and Markets at the 24-Hour Economy Secretariat.
Delivering a speech on behalf of His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was Manye Naa Lamiley Ajaaku Dromo II, Lante Dzan We Manye.
Distinguished speakers included Dr. Daniel McKorley, CEO of McDan Group; Hon. Michael Kpakpo-Allotey, Mayor of Accra; Hon. Malik Basintale, CEO of the Youth Employment Agency; Naa NyeAwo Naa Ayele Norbaatse; Naa Ahema Okropong I (Ga Noryaa Manye) and CEO of Odo Rice; Nuumo Akwaa Mensah III, Nae Wulomo; and H.E. Dr. W. Nii Okai Hammond, former Ghana Ambassador to China, among others.
The occasion was graced by notable personalities including Mr. Theophilus Tetteh Chaie, Deputy CEO of the Public Procurement Authority; Hon. Alfred Ato Allotey-Gaisie, MCE of Korle Klottey Municipal Assembly; Naa Ayeley Hammond, runner-up of Ghana’s Most Beautiful; Rev. Dr. Gyesi Ankrah; Nii Odaawulu; Nii Abossey Okai; and Nuumo Klan Wulomo.
Musical interlude was provided by BlaKid Music, whose electrifying Ga rap performance thrilled the audience.
The event saw a remarkable turnout of chiefs, queen mothers, traditional leaders, and students from JHS to SHS levels, all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere.
