Promote And Support More Ghanaian Reggae To Gain Prominence — Rocky Dawuni

Rocky Dawuni — the Ghanaian International Music Icon and Humanitarian has expressed concern about low patronage for Ghanaian Reggae on the airways.

In a recent television interview he had with a Ghana-based network, Bryt TV, Rocky Dawuni says even though Reggae music has had some support from his home country, he still thinks a lot more can be done by presenters and DJs to uplift the image of Ghanaian Reggae and Ghanaian Reggae Musicians.

“I am not saying they should stop playing Reggae music from other artistes elsewhere but let’s support our own Ghanaian Reggae songs and artistes more,” Rocky added.

Below is the extended version of the interview with MC Yaa Yeboah. Rocky Dawuni is a Grammy nominated and UN Ambassador For Environment Africa.
