The Osu Oxford Street Art And Music Festival (commonly called the Oxford Street Carnival) is an annual music and arts festival held at the Osu Oxford Street in Accra-Ghana, West Africa.
Osu Oxford Street Art And Music Festival was launched on the 9th of September, 2022.
It is founded and organized by Luxury Fort Events. The event features musical artists from many genres of music, including rock, pop, hip hop and electronic dance music, as well as art installations and sculptures.
The festival’s origins trace back to an old carnival that used to be held on Osu Oxford Street. The street carnival validated Oxford street’s viability for hosting large events, leading to the inaugural Osu Oxford Street Art And Music Festival .

The music and arts festival is a two days program. The first-day program commences from 10 am to 10 pm. The second day’s activity starts from 10 am till mama calls.
