An American passenger was disenchanted after Asky Airline, an Ethiopian Airlines subsidiary, failed to deliver her luggage after 4 to 6 business days.

She quickly had to cancel all her plans to return home after arriving in Dakar, Senegal to visit her relatives after boarding the flight from Lagos, Nigeria to Dakar, Senegal from December 29th, 2021 to January 3rd, 2022.

Expecting her luggage to arrive safely at the airport in Dakar, Senegal, the airline company continued to disappoint her after she sent a series of emails to the company requesting the delivery of her luggage.

Many people are already in a similar situation, attempting to contact the airline company in order for their luggage to be delivered to them, despite the fact that they have no extra clothes to wear.

Other passengers who used social media to try to get the attention of the named airlines have been very disappointed.
